1 cup rice flakes (or rolled oats)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp orange juice
1/2 tsp mixed spice, such as pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup finely chopped dried apple

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Spread rice flakes on a baking pan. Drizzle with combined syrup, orange juice and spice; toss to coat.
Bake for 10 mins, or until lightly browned, stirring halfway through cooking time. Cool for 10 mins. Stir seeds, cranberries and apple into granola. Cool completely.
