Shrimp And Basil Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

13 oz spaghetti
7 oz store-bought sun-dried tomato pesto
1/4 cup cream
1 1/3 lbs small cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
3 cups baby arugula
2 cups whole small basil leaves
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
Preparation

Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, 10-12 mins or until tender. Drain, return to pan. Cover to keep warm.
Whisk pesto and cream together. Add to spaghetti with shrimp and arugula. Toss until well combined.
Chop half the basil coarsely and mix through spaghetti. Spoon pasta into shallow serving bowls. Top with remaining basil and parmesan. Serve at once.
