Chocolate Marble Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    3 tbsp butter, softened
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 None egg
    2 None egg whites
1 cup plus 2 tbsp low fat plain yogurt
    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and flour a 6-cup bundt pan. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and a good pinch of salt into a large bowl and set aside.
Beat butter and 3/4 cup of the sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the egg and egg whites, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in the flour mixture alternately with the yogurt, beginning and ending with the flour.
Stir cocoa powder, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water in a large bowl until smooth. Fold 1/3 of the cake batter into the cocoa mixture.
Spoon 1/2 of the remaining plain batter into the prepared pan. Top with the chocolate batter. Spoon dollops of the remaining plain batter over the top. Using a small spatula, swirl together gently, without blending completely, for a marble effect.
Bake for 30-40 mins, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
