Chicken And Broccoli Hollandaise Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g broccoli, cut into florets
    155 g butter
    3 tbsp breadcrumbs
    20 g Parmesan, grated
    30g pack Hollandaise sauce powder
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    2 None chicken breasts, halved horizontally
    1 tbsp sunflower oil
    50 g cooked ham, diced
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Cook the broccoli in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 3 mins; drain well. Meanwhile, melt 2 tbsp butter, then mix with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan; set aside.
    Dice the remaining butter. Bring 1 cup water to a simmer in a saucepan and gradually whisk in the sauce mix. Gradually whisk in the butter and cook until melted and the sauce has thickened, whisking constantly. Remove from the heat and whisk in the smoked paprika and cinnamon. Set aside.
    Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, add to the skillet and cook for 3-4 mins per side until browned. Arrange the chicken and broccoli in a baking dish and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle over the Parmesan crumbs and ham. Bake for 35-40 mins until bubbly.
