Chicken Skewers With Satay Salad - cooking recipe

18 oz chicken breast fillets, sliced
1 tsp sesame oil
1 None red onion, thinly sliced
1 None red pepper, deseeded, thinly sliced
1 None carrot, grated
3 oz bean sprouts
1/2 cup satay sauce
None None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation

Preheat grill. Toss chicken with sesame oil in a large bowl and season to taste. Thread onto skewers.
Grill skewers for 2-5 mins per side, or until browned.
Meanwhile, whisk remaining ingredients together with 1 tbsp water in a large bowl. Serve with chicken skewers and lemon wedges.
