Walnut Caramel Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None frozen pie crust, about 8 oz
    2.75 oz walnut halves
    3 None large eggs
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
    1/3 cup golden syrup (can substitute light corn syrup)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    None None Powdered sugar, sifted, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Place crust in a pie pan on a baking sheet and bake for 10 mins or until golden. Cool completely. Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0F.
    Scatter walnuts over base of crust. Whisk eggs, cream, sugar, golden syrup and vanilla in a large bowl until well combined. Pour over walnuts.
    Bake for 35-40 mins or until filling is just set at center. Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
