Red Curry Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    7 oz green beans, trimmed, cut into 2 inch lengths
    2 None large onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
    1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
    3 None large eggs, lightly beaten
    2 cups rice, steamed, cooled
    6 sprigs cilantro
    1 tbsp fish sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large wok on high. Add green beans, onions and garlic and stir-fry for 2 mins, until garlic is colored but not browned. Add curry paste and stir well to mix through.
    Add shrimp. Push all ingredients to sides of wok to make a well in center of mixture. Add eggs and cook, stirring, for 2 mins, until set.
    Add rice to wok and stir-fry for 2 mins, until heated through. Add cilantro and fish sauce and stir-fry for 1 min. Serve.
