Ingredients

2 1/4 lb pork spare ribs
6 (3.5 oz) turkey breast fillets, pounded thin
12 None fresh sage leaves
2/3 cup ketchup
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp hot barbecue sauce
12 slices bacon
2 None zucchini, halved lengthways then cut into 6 pieces each
12 None sausages
None None cherry tomatoes, grilled, to garnish
None None lemon slices, to garnish
Preparation

Place pork ribs in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 30 mins then let cool in the liquid. Drain well.
Fold turkey cutlets in 1/2 and stuff with 2 sage leaves then secure with toothpicks. Mix ketchup, honey, lemon juice and barbecue sauce then brush over turkey and pork ribs.
Use sliced bacon to wrap zucchini and sausage and secure with toothpicks.
Preheat and outdoor grill. Place all meats on a grill for about 15 mins, turning frequently, until cooked through. Serve garnished with grilled cherry tomatoes and lemon slices.
