Croque Monsieur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices ciabatta
    3.5 oz blue Brie cheese, sliced
    2.5 oz prosciutto, sliced
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    3 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Top 6 slices of ciabatta with cheese and prosciutto. Spread Dijon mustard over remaining bread then sandwich together.
    Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Cook sandwiches, in batches, for 2-3 mins per side, until golden and crisp. Serve warm.
