Apricot And Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 tbsp (1 1/2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, sifted
    1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
    1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots
    1/4 cup raisins
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease 3 baking sheets.
    Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in condensed milk until combined.
    Fold in flour, nuts, apricots, raisins and cinnamon. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on prepared pans. Flatten slightly with a fork.
    Bake for 15-20 mins until golden. Cool in pans 2 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely on a wire rack
