Salmon Canapés - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices English cucumber
    8 None whole-wheat crackers
    4 oz spreadable herbed cheese, like Boursan or Alouette, at room temperature
    4 oz smoked salmon, sliced
    None None small thinly sliced red onion rings
    3 sprigs fresh dill
    2 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1 None green onion, thinly sliced on the bias
Preparation
    Arrange cucumber slices and crackers in a circle on a serving platter. Spoon herbed cheese into a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe a decorative swirl of cheese in center of cucumber slices and crackers. Arrange salmon slices in a rose shape over cheese. Garnish with red onion, herbs and green onion.
