Rocky Road Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    1 cup desiccated coconut
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    9 oz graham crackers crumbs
    14 oz milk chocolate, chopped
    3.5 oz pink marshmallows, roughly chopped
    7 oz white marshmallows, roughly chopped
    1/3 cup sliced almonds
    3 oz candied cherries, halved
Preparation
    Grease a 7x12 inch baking tray.
    Stir butter, cocoa powder and sugar over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in egg, coconut, walnuts and cookie crumbs. Press evenly over base of prepared pan and chill for 30 mins, or until firm.
    Melt 7 oz chocolate over a double boiler. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows and almonds. Spread over cookie shell and sprinkle with cherries.
    Melt remaining chocolate then drizzle over cherries. Chill until set before cutting.
