Skinny Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None bread slice
    400 g beef steak mince
    1 None medium egg
    100 g carrots, peeled and finely grated
    Pinch None paprika
    1 tsp sunflower oil
    1 None romaine lettuce, trimmed and sliced
    2 None radishes, thinly sliced
    2 None tomatoes, thinly sliced
    4 tsp hot mustard
    1/2 None cucumber, sliced
    None None Ketchup and mayonnaise, to serve
Preparation
    Combine soaked bread, ground beef, egg, carrots and paprika. Season then form into 4 patties.
    Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook patties for 7-9 mins, turning.
    Meanwhile, layer remaining ingredients on bread rolls. Mix together any leftover vegetables for a salad. Top each roll with a burger. Serve with condiments.
