Herb And Onion Butter Baguette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    100 g butter
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
    1 tsp chopped fresh dill
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    1 tsp grated lemon zest and dash of juice
    10-15 g fried onions (half an onion)
    20 slices baguette
Preparation
    Preheat the broiler. Soften half of the butter and mix in the herbs, garlic, lemon zest and juice and a little salt.
    Mix the rest of the butter with the fried onions and a little seasoning. Spread the slices of baguette out on a baking tray and toast them under the broiler.
    Spread the herb butter and the fried onion mixture over the toast and serve warm.
