Tortellini With Ham And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (20 oz) fresh tortellini
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp butter
    7 oz cooked ham, thinly sliced
    5 oz mushrooms, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 cup white wine
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    None None Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Preparation
    Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain well.
    Meanwhile, heat oil and butter in a large skillet on high heat. Saute ham, mushrooms and garlic for 3-4 mins, until ham is crisp and mushrooms are tender. Add wine, stir, then simmer for 2-3 mins until almost evaporated.
    Add pasta, cream and Parmesan cheese. Toss well and season to taste. Serve sprinkled with parsley and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
