Cantonese Spinach With Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp honey
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp grated fresh ginger
    2 1/4 lbs spinach
    4 None green onions, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok on high heat. Add vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger; bring to a boil.
    Add spinach and onion; stir-fry until spinach is just wilted. Serve sprinkled with almonds.
