Quick Gorgonzola, Cherry Tomato And Rosemary Focaccias - cooking recipe

14-16 oz store-bought pizza dough (thawed, if frozen), quartered
1 tbsp olive oil
3 1/2 oz gorgonzola, crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves roughly chopped
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 475\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. On a floured work surface, shape each piece of dough into a rough oval. Prick several times with a fork and drizzle with the oil. Scatter gorgonzola, tomatoes and rosemary across dough. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and lay on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 mins, until golden and cooked through.
