Grilled Chicken With Tomato Cilantro Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch cilantro, stems trimmed
    4 None spring onions, chopped
    9 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp sweet chili sauce
    1 tsp fish sauce
    1 lb chicken tenderloins
Preparation
    Place cilantro, spring onion and tomatoes in a large bowl. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, chili sauce and fish sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
    Preheat a lightly greased grill or grill pan on high. Cook chicken for 3 minutes each side, until golden and cooked through.
    Pour dressing over tomato salad and toss to combine. Divide chicken among serving plates, top with salad, season to taste and serve.
