Raspberry Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups raspberry cordial
    2 None egg whites, lightly whisked
    6 None waffle cones
Preparation
    Combine cordial and 2 cups water then transfer to a shallow non-metallic freezer-proof dish. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 2 hours, or until just frozen.
    Using a food processor, process iced mixture until smooth. Return to dish, cover and freeze for another 2 hours, or until just frozen.
    Place iced mixture in a food processor with egg whites and process until pale and smooth. Return to dish, cover and freeze overnight, or until firm. Scoop sorbet into balls and serve in waffle cones.
