Tomato And Arugula Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz) loaf ciabatta bread, cut into 1/2 inch-thick slices
    3 cloves garlic, halved
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 None plum tomatoes, finely chopped
    1/2 None small red onion, finely chopped
    1 oz baby arugula
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Toast ciabatta until golden brown. While still hot, rub 1 side of toast with garlic. Place on tray and drizzle with oil.
    In a small bowl, combine tomatoes and onion. Spoon over ciabatta then top with arugula.
