Vegetable Sticks With Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None red onion, finely diced
1/2 bunch spring onion, cut into rings
1 cup basil, chopped
1/2 cup chives, chopped
700 g low-fat plain yoghurt
dash None lemon juice
750 g carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
1 head celery, trimmed and cut into sticks
1 None red pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 None yellow pepper, deseeded and sliced
None None grissini breadsticks, to serve
Preparation

Mix the red onion, scallion and herbs with the yogurt and season to taste. Stir in lemon juice. Serve with the vegetable sticks and breadsticks.
