Cheese Salad Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tbsp fresh horseradish, grated finley
    3 1/2 tbsp butter
    1/4 lb cream cheese
    8 slices bread, toasted
    2 1/2 cups mizuna greens, roughly chopped
    4 None tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 cup Pecorino cheese, sliced
Preparation
    For the horseradish cream, mix horseradish, butter and cream cheese. Season to taste and set aside.
    Spread horseradish cream over toast, top 1/2 with mizuna, tomatoes and cheese and place remaining toast on top. Cut in 1/2 and serve.
