Seared Salmon With Green Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup coarsely chopped toasted unsalted cashews
    3/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tsp lime zest
    1 tbsp lime juice
    2 tbsp green curry paste
    4 None salmon fillets
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine cashews, cilantro, lime zest and lime juice in a small bowl.
    Rub curry paste over salmon fillets. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook fish to your liking.
    Serve fish topped with herb and nut mixture.
