Chicken And Prosciutto Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None chicken tenders, flattened and halved lengthwise
    3 slices prosciutto, quartered
    12 None fresh basil leaves, plus extra for garnish
    6 None sun-dried tomatoes, halved
    2 tbsp oil
    None None Aioli, to serve
Preparation
    Place chicken tenders on a board. Top each with prosciutto, basil leaf and sun-dried tomato half. Roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick.
    Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat. Cook chicken bites for 8-10 mins, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Garnish with basil and serve with aioli.
