Fruit Salad With Citrus Sugar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup white sugar
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint, plus additional leaves, to garnish
1 tbsp finely grated orange peel
2 tsp finely grated lime peel
1/2 large pineapple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 medium cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
1/4 small seedless watermelon, peeled and thinly sliced
2 medium oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation

For the citrus sugar, process sugar, mint and citrus peels until well combined.
Layer fruit on a large serving platter, sprinkling citrus sugar between layers.
Garnish with additional mint leaves, if desired.
