Sausage Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz package penne pasta
    4 None thin beef sausages
    9 oz cherry tomatoes (about 1 2/3 cups)
    None None Cooking spray
    2/3 cup fresh ricotta
    4 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
    3 None spring onions, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 10-12 mins or until tender but firm to the bite. Drain; return to pan.
    Meanwhile, spray sausages and tomatoes with cooking oil. Heat a large skillet over moderate heat. Cook and turn sausages and tomatoes for 6-8 mins or until sausages are brown and cooked. Slice sausages diagonally.
    Add sausages, tomatoes, and remaining ingredients to pasta; toss to combine. Serve at once.
