Shrimp With Guacamole And Mango - cooking recipe

2 None avocados, chopped coarsely
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp water
2 None mangoes, chopped coarsely
800 g cooked medium king prawns
80 g mesclun leaves
Preparation

Blend or process avocado, lime juice and the water until smooth; season to taste. Transfer to medium bowl.
Blend or process mango until smooth.
Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Divide purees among serving plates; top with mesclun and prawns.
