Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    2 tsp vegetable oil
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp fresh chopped chives
    1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
    1/4 tsp minced garlic
    1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
    3 cups mixed greens
    1/2 cup sliced radish
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 cup sliced red onion
Preparation
    In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, chives, sesame oil and garlic. Season and set aside.
    Arrange cucumber slices in 2 rows around the edge of a serving platter. Toss together salad greens, radish, tomatoes and red onion then arrange in the center of cucumbers and drizzle with vinaigrette.
