Salad Slaw Dog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None lean sausages of choice
4 None long whole-grain rolls
1 None beet, peeled and grated
1 None carrot, grated
1/2 small iceberg lettuce, shredded
None None Low fat aioli, to serve
Preparation

Cook sausages in large skillet on medium heat 8-10 mins, turning, until browned and cooked through.
Split rolls Iengthwise. Fill evenly with beets, carrots, sausages and lettuce. Top with aioli to serve.
