Creamy Mac And Cheese With Tomatoes And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb elbow macaroni
    1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce, like Bertolli
    2 cups shredded extra sharp white Cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
    2-3 tbsp julienned fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse under cold water then drain.
    Meanwhile, in a food processor, combine Alfredo sauce, cheese and mayonnaise. Process for 1 min, or until smooth. Toss with pasta. Season then fold in tomatoes and basil.
