Grilled Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None large prepared pizza crust
    1/4 cup tomato puree
    2 oz sliced, grilled eggplant
    2 oz sliced, grilled peppers
    2 oz marinated artichoke hearts, quartered
    2 tbsp basil, shredded
    2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    1/4 lb mozzarella, coarsely chopped
    1 oz black olives
    None None salad to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place pizza crust on baking sheet and spread evenly with tomato puree. Arrange eggplant, peppers and artichoke hearts on top and sprinkle with basil and Parmesan. Top with mozzarella and olives and bake 5-10 mins, until cheese is melted and golden. Slice and serve with salad.
