Veal With Capers And Lemon - cooking recipe

8 (2.5 oz) veal steaks
1/2 cup all-purpose flour, seasoned
1 tbsp butter
1 None lemon, zested and juiced
2 oz capers
2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
None None steamed baby potatoes and green beans, to serve
Preparation

Dust veal with seasoned flour, shaking off excess. Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Saute veal for 3-5 mins, until golden on both sides. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add lemon zest and lemon juice to pan along with 1/2 cup water, scraping up any brown bits from pan. Simmer until mixture reduces by 1/2. Stir in capers and parsley.
Return veal to pan and cook for another 1-2 mins, until heated through. Season to taste. Transfer veal to serving plates and spoon sauce over top. Serve with steamed potatoes and green beans.
