Shrimp And Avocado Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados, peeled, de-stoned and cut into cubes
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    100 g margarine
    8 slices bread
    200 g shrimp
    50 g lettuce, roughly chopped
    125 g radish, sliced
Preparation
    Mix avocados with lemon juice and margarine, mash with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
    Toast the bread until golden brown. Spread the avocado over 4 slices, top with shrimp, lettuce and radishes. Cover with the remaining slice of toast, cut in half and serve.
