Chicken Salad With Thai Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine or sherry
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 tbsp light soy sauce
    2 tsp fish sauce
    2 tsp brown sugar
    3 cups shredded Napa cabbage
    1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
    6 None cherry tomatoes, quartered
    6 None green onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
    1 None red chili pepper, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn
    2 None hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
Preparation
    For the dressing, mix wine, oil, soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar in a small bowl with a whisk until well blended.
    Toss cabbage, chicken, tomatoes, onions, peanuts, chili pepper and herbs in a large bowl. Drizzle with the dressing; toss to coat well. Add eggs and serve.
