Ingredients
    15 tbsp butter, softened
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted
    1 cup cornflakes, lightly crushed
    1/4 cup desiccated coconut, toasted
    -1 None Chocolate Icing
    3/4 cup powdered sugar
    2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tsp soft butter
    1-2 tbsp water
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease baking trays and line with parchment paper.
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in flour and cocoa powder then cornflakes and coconut. Place level tablespoonfuls of batter about 1 inch apart on baking trays. Bake for 12 mins, or until firm and light golden brown. Let cool for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Meanwhile, to make the chocolate icing, sift powdered sugar and cocoa powder into a small heatproof bowl. Stir in butter and enough water to make a stiff paste. Stir over a small saucepan of simmering water until spreadable. Spread warm chocolate icing quickly over biscuits.
