Caramelized Onion, Salami And Tomato Pastries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None red onion, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1 3/4 oz salami, chopped
    1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
    1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves
    4 oz brie cheese, sliced into 16 wedges
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
    Cut out rounds from pastry with a 1 3/4-inch round cookie cutter. Arrange on prepared pan. Bake for 5-10 mins until golden and puffed. Using fingertip, gently press center of pastry to make an indentation.
    For the topping, heat butter and oil in a skillet on medium heat. Cook onion and garlic for 5-10 mins until tender. Stir in vinegar and sugar, and cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins. Add salami, tomatoes and oregano. Mix well.
    Place a piece of brie on each pastry round. Top with an even amount of salami mixture. Serve warm.
