Creamy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb new potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
    1/3 cup hot heavy cream
    1/3 cup hot milk
    3 tbsp butter, plus extra to serve
    None None fresh chives, to serve
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, covered. Partially remove lid and cook for 10-15 mins, until very tender. Drain. Return to pan and mash with heavy cream, milk and butter until smooth. Season.
    Serve topped with butter and sprinkled with chives.
