California Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head Boston lettuce
    1 None small cucumber, halved and sliced diagonally
    4 None radishes, cut into thin wedges
    2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 tsp sugar
    1 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
    1 None avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
    9 oz cooked rice
    None None pickled ginger, to garnish
Preparation
    Line a serving bowl with lettuce leaves. Toss together remaining ingredients and arrange over lettuce. Season. Garnish with pickled ginger.
