Pork Rolls With Cheese (Bombette Di Maiale) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 (3 oz) pork fillets, halved and pounded thin
    24 thin slices pancetta
    8.75 oz pecorino cheese, cut into 24 cubes
    5 sprigs fresh parsley, leaves removed
    None None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Lay pork on a clean work surface. Top each with a slice of pancetta, a cube of pecorino and a little parsley. Roll up into balls and secure with toothpicks. Broil for 3-4 mins per side. Serve with lemon wedges.
