Apple, Kale And Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped celery
1 None large onion, chopped
1 cup chopped fresh kale leaves
3 None red apples, diced
1 tbsp fresh sage
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
6 cups day-old cubed white or whole wheat baguette
10 oz cooked turkey sausage crumbles, thawed, like Jimmy Dean
2 cups chicken broth
2 None large eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook celery, onion, kale and apples for 5 mins, or until tender. Transfer to a large mixing bowl along with herbs, bread and sausage. Whisk together broth and eggs then pour over stuffing. Season. Transfer to greased baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake stuffing for 40 mins, or until heated through. Remove foil during last 10 mins.
