Two Minute Steak Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    4 None minute steaks (3 oz each)
    8 slices sourdough bread, toasted
    1/3 cup tomato chutney
    3 oz baby arugula leaves
    8 None cornichons (baby cucumber pickles)
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large skillet on high heat. Saute the onion for 4-5 mins, until tender and golden.
    Push the onion to one side of the pan. Add the steaks and cook for 1 min each side.
    Spread 4 slices of sourdough with chutney. Layer with arugula, pickles, steaks and onion. Top with the remaining slices of toast.
