Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    2 None egg yolks
    None None FILLING
    1 1/4 cups brown sugar
    5 None eggs
    3/4 cup maple syrup
    3/4 cup honey
    2 cups pecans
    None None whipped cream and strawberries, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F.
    Combine flour, sugar and a pinch of salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Whisk together egg yolks and 1 tbsp chilled water then add to dry ingredients and mix until firm. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 mins. Roll out on a lightly floured surface then use to line an 8 inch tart pan. Line with parchment paper and pie weights. Blind bake for 10 mins. Remove pie weights and paper.
    Meanwhile, to make the filling, whisk together sugar and eggs. Add maple syrup and honey. Set aside for 5 mins. Remove any scum that has risen to the top then fold in nuts. Transfer to prepared tart shell and bake for 50 mins, until filling domes slightly in center. Let cool for 25 mins. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream and strawberries.
