Lentil Dip With Crudités - cooking recipe
Ingredients

100 g dried red lentils
150 ml creme fraiche
100 g feta
1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
2 sprigs fresh mint, leaves finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
2 None carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
1 None kohlrabi, peeled and cut into sticks
1/2 None cucumber, cut into sticks
Preparation

Cook the lentils in boiling salted water for 10 mins. Drain and refresh with cold water.
In a bowl, mix the creme fraiche and feta. Stir in the lentils, garlic and mint and season with salt and black pepper. Spoon into bowls and garnish with mint. Serve with the carrot, kohlrabi and cucumber sticks.
