Turkey Schnitzel Sandwich - cooking recipe

4 None turkey breast schnitzels
8 thick slices white bread, toasted
4 leaves romaine lettuce
2 None tomatoes, sliced
1 None large beet, trimmed, peeled, grated
4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
Preparation

Cook turkey breast schnitzels following package instructions.
Place a slice of toast on 4 serving plates. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and beet. Add a hot schnitzel, cheese and remaining toast. Serve.
