Banana And Almond Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None bananas, peeled and chopped
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
    1 cup unsalted butter, softened
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    5 None eggs
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    5 tsp baking powder
    2/3 cup 2% or whole milk
    1 1/2 cups almonds, blanched and toasted
    1/4 lb dark chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Toss bananas with lemon juice.
    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla extract then add eggs, 1 at a time. Add flour and baking powder, alternating with milk. Gently fold in bananas and almonds then transfer to prepared pan and bake for 45-55 mins.
    Remove cake from oven. Allow to cool for 10 mins then remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack. Decorate cake with melted chocolate.
