Caramel Chocolate Bars With Oat Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup all-purpose flour, plus 3 tbsp
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup brown sugar
12 tbsp butter, melted
4 oz dark chocolate, chopped coarsely
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup caramel sauce or dulce de leche
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 7x12 inch rimmed baking pan and line base and 2 long sides with baking paper, extending paper 3/4 inch above edges.
Combine 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, self-rising flour, oats and sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in butter and mix until combined. Press 1/2 the mixture firmly into pan and bake for 10 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate and walnuts.
Whisk remaining flour with caramel sauce in a small bowl. Drizzle evenly over chocolate and walnuts then sprinkle with remaining oat mixture. Bake for 15 mins. Let cool in pan then cut into squares to serve.
