Our Favorite Bolognese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    12 oz ground beef
    12 oz ground pork
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    1 None carrot, finely chopped
    2 None stalks celery, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
    1 tbsp Italian seasoning
    2 None beef bouillon cubes, crumbled
    14 oz spaghetti
    None None Grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, to serve
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large saucepan on high heat. Add the ground meats; cook, stirring to break up lumps, 5 mins, or until browned. Add the onion, carrot, celery and garlic; cook and stir 3 mins or until softened.
    Stir in tomatoes, tomato puree, Italian seasoning, crumbled bouillon cubes and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 mins or until sauce is thickened.
    Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain.
    Divide pasta among serving plates. Spoon bolognese sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
