Marbled Cheesecake Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
    1/2 cup butter, chopped
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
    3 None eggs, at room temperature
    1 cup all-purpose flour + 2 tbsp
    1/2 lb cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and line a 12x8 inch rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.
    Combine chocolate, butter and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Add 1 1/4 cups sugar and 2 eggs. Sift in flour and and mix until combined. Set aside.
    Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add remaining egg and beat until combined. Place large spoonfuls of chocolate mixture and cream cheese mixture in prepared pan, alternating mixture, then swirl together to create a marbling effect. Bake for 35-40 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan.
    Cut into squares. Serve.
