Tex-Mex Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz ground beef
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    1 None egg
    1 pinch paprika
    1 pinch chili powder
    1 1/2 tbsp canola oil
    2 tbsp orange marmalade
    2-3 tbsp ketchup
    4 None tomatoes, deseeded and diced
    2/3 cup white wine vinegar
    2-3 drops hot sauce
    1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sizes
    4 None onion, peeled and sliced
    1 - 15 oz can sweet corn, drained
    2 - 15 oz cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    2.5 oz tortilla chips, to serve
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, bread and egg. Add paprika and chili powder and season to taste. Form into meatballs. Heat oil in a frying pan and saute meatballs for about 3-4 mins until browned. Set aside to cool slightly.
    Heat marmalade in a saucepan then add ketchup and diced tomato. Add vinegar and hot sauce and season to taste. Toss with lettuce, onions, corn, beans and meatballs then distribute between serving plates. Serve garnished with tortilla chips.
