Mediterranean Lamb Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (16 oz) pizza dough
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb ground lamb
    1/3 cup tomato paste
    2 None plum tomatoes, diced
    1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped, plus additional leaves for garnish
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    None None Greek yogurt, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Saute onion and garlic 2-3 mins, until tender. Add ground lamb; cook 5 mins, until well browned, breaking up lumps with back of spoon as lamb cooks. Set aside.
    Roll dough into a 15 x 10 inch rectangle. Spread with tomato paste. Top with the lamb mixture, tomatoes and mint. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake 20-25 mins, until pizza crust is golden. Cut into squares. Sprinkle with additional mint leaves. Serve topped with yogurt.
